I just had an interesting thought: What would happen if TNA had L.A.X. defend their Tag Titles against teams like these World X Cup teams (excluding Team TNA, except the MCMG, who should've been champs long ago) in matches like the one in this vid but longer? This has to equal instant ratings for TNA, what do you guys think?

I think your missing the hole point of a tournament like this. I is to show case talent from around the world. I want them to bring I 4 thats right 4 guys from Japan to showcase there talent so we the fans get a little some thing new. Next month or the month after that they have Curryman or Christopher Daniels take on every TNA X division star for all I care. But if your goning to bring in guys from Japan I want to see actual guys from Japan.

i just didn't like how they make it too WWE ish by having it called Team TNA, i liked it way more when World X cup seem to be more about show casing talent around the world i don't know maybe i was the only who liked that but man that match in at Victory Road blew my fucking mind. But I stll liked it more when World X cup was more of a cruiserweight olimpic then a X division storyline

That Victory Road match was amazing.I say it all the time,TNA has so many great matches that they are overlooked and many of them don't get the recognition they deserve.Thats one of them.The X Cup does showcase talent from all over the globe as well as develope working relationships between TNA and other promotions.TNA has the balls to put foreign guys vs foreign guys on TV even if TNA guys are not in the match.Also foreign guys going over TNA guys and then going home.You have to respect that.
