Although she led a terrible life no one knows what happenned in Smith's final moments. That is between her and GOD.
Anna was retarded, but even she knew you don't approach a policeman, stop several yards away, and pelt him with a dozen raw eggs.
Who are WE to say who's in heaven? Only God knows. Of course we should live in obedience to God, but once you are saved, you are saved because your sins were washed off when Jesus died on the cross for us and lived again 3 days later.
