Ok, this is how it goes, a Smurf is an old cartoon(look for them on youtube) they were little and blue, Jeff said that he thinks "if you choke a smurf what color does it turn" that is because they are already blue, the joke is in that Walter "thinks" Jeff is talking about his dick, so he thinks that the sentence "choke a smurf" would be like "spank..." and before, people used to call "the smurf" chicken.
