And the credit card companies are friends to Joe Biden -- giving him campaign contributions and employing his son -- but they are no friend to American Citizens.

It's true that Biden is not opposed to change -- he rewrote the bankruptcy laws to favor the big credit card companies in his state.
Most of them are located in Delaware because there is no state cap on the interest they can charge.
He opposed an amendment to the bankruptcy bill that would cap the interest that credit card companies could charge at 30%.
This despite, as Senator Feinstein noted in here opposition to the bill, "one Delaware-based company has charged 1,095 percent."
