Does anyone else think it's trippy that Ray is playing the piano part on the guitar, but all we hear is the piano? lol I think this video is a happy one! It didn't make me cry, it made me smile! The little girl loves the little boy so much that she gave him her hair. It's sweet. Very sentimental.

My take on it is, The whole album is about a character called 'The Patient' (*Please correct me if I'm wrong.*) The songs are written in the perspective through 'The Patient's' eyes, and through the eyes of the people close to him. I think this song is through the point of view of 'The Patient'. It's ABOUT him.
